use this contructor whenever the dialog is displayed from a modal dialog. Please note that you can use the Dlg.getDialog() method to retireve the parent dialog for a given component

Parameters:

zParentDialog - the parent component that will be used to position the dialog

zMessage - the message to display for this exception

zException - the exception
